Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts seeks a Data and Analytics Manager for the Greater Boston region to lead backend data operations, maintain the BigQuery data warehouse, and translate data into actionable insights for school leaders.

You will design regional dashboards, collaborate with teams, ensure data quality, and support data requests across campuses to drive equitable student outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on execution and strong SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing and data quality control.
• Ability to design and maintain SQL queries.
• Strong data visualization skills using Excel and Tableau.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with education data preferred.
