Job summary

KIPP Foundation is seeking a Manager of Regional Data Operations to drive data and assessment operations for national initiatives. You will own day‑to‑day implementation of assessment builds, regional readiness, and data compliance workflows, working closely with the Director of Regional Data Operations.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, operational excellence, and collaboration in a high‑volume, detail‑oriented environment, reporting to the Director of Regional Data Operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with alignment to organizational priorities.
• Expertise in qualitative data systems, reporting, data processing and quality assurance.
• Strong documentation skills for process guides and training materials.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on execution of assessment development and data operations across regions.
• Publish and update assessments to regions per annual calendar; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain auditing/validation processes to ensure high-quality data in reporting.
• Coordinate year-start readiness protocols: communications, training, attendance tracking, windows monitoring.
• Develop clear documentation and professional development materials for regional execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for regional staff on assessment operations.
• Gather feedback from regions, vendors, and stakeholders to improve resources and processes.
• Support vendor relationships and data quality investigations with Data & Analytics teams.
• Monitor vendor contracting and PO processes as part of annual readiness.
