KIPP Foundation is seeking a Manager of Regional Data Operations to lead data and assessment workflows, ensuring secure, high‑quality data for national initiatives. You will own regional readiness, compliance processes, and documentation while collaborating with educators and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in operational execution, data quality, and governance in complex environments.
• Experience with data operations, assessment workflows, and vendor data coordination is preferred.
• Ability to develop documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve regional data operations and assessment build processes across initiatives.
• Publish and troubleshoot assessments, align with calendars, and maintain data quality.
• Audit and validate data, support readiness protocols, and document resources for regional teams.
• Serve as a regional liaison, answer questions, and gather feedback to improve processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts and data submissions to ensure accuracy.
• Promote data privacy, security, and governance across stakeholder groups.
