Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead backend data operations and translate data into actionable insights for leaders and teachers. You will design regional dashboards, maintain data quality, and collaborate across teams to support high-volume, detail-oriented work.

The role reports to the Director of Data and requires strong SQL, data visualization, and project management skills in a fast-paced education environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years demonstrable experience.
• Strong SQL querying ability and data extraction.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage backend data operations and maintain data quality across systems.
• Design and maintain regional data dashboards for multiple audiences.
• Support data requests and ensure data privacy and security policies.
