Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts seeks a Data and Analytics Manager to lead backend data operations, ensuring a reliable flow of student demographic and assessment data into our BigQuery data warehouse. You will translate data into actionable insights for leaders and teachers by designing and maintaining regional data dashboards.

Reporting to the Director of Data, the Manager is a hands-on executor who brings operational excellence, systems thinking, and collaboration to high-volume, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of demonstrable data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL querying and data warehousing experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Tableau for data visualization.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality and integrations with information systems.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards for regional audiences.
• Respond to data requests and ensure privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on data deliverables.
