Job summary

EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure is seeking an Operations Safety Manager to serve as the primary regional EHS leader for Reno, NV and Santa Clara, CA. The role drives safety programs, mentors site teams, and ensures compliance across multiple data centers.

You will lead audits, investigations, and training, partner with operations leadership, and promote a proactive safety culture while traveling up to 30% between sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS, occupational safety, or data center operations.
• Ability to influence, coach, and mentor leaders to improve safety performance.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of EdgeCore’s EHS programs across Santa Clara and Reno data centers.
• Identify hazards, assess risk, and implement corrective measures.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations; track findings.
