Vantage Data Centers is hiring a Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for a fully onsite role in Reno, NV. You will lead the EHS program, advance safety culture, conduct audits, develop emergency plans, and ensure regulatory compliance across data centers and construction sites.

You will collaborate with security, operations, construction, logistics, compliance, and HR to achieve safety goals, mitigate risks, and report on safety metrics to senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, policies, and practices including safety management systems and training.
• Conduct health and safety audits of live data centers and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety requirements and life safety requirements.
• Develop and review health and safety plans for on-site emergencies and business continuity.
• Maintain safety record keeping and data integrity.
• Perform data trend analysis to support safety initiatives and present to leadership.

Formação académica

Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related degree in science/engineering
