Job summary

Core Scientific is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across data center and construction operations. You will ensure OSHA compliance and drive a proactive safety culture.

You will partner with Operations, Construction, Security, HR, and Facilities to lead investigations, training, and documentation, improving safety performance across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-risk environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Experience delivering safety training programs.
• Strong contractor safety management experience.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program implementation, administration, and improvement across facilities.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Develop site safety plans, permits, and documentation.
• Identify risks with project teams and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor safety metrics and incident trends to drive improvements.
• Lead investigations for injuries, near misses, and incidents.
• Maintain incident records, regulatory reporting, and workers' comp support.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regs are followed.
• Deliver safety training and new-hire orientations.
