Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple data center and construction sites.

You will be the primary safety resource for assigned facilities, ensuring OSHA compliance, contractor safety expectations, and risk management initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Construction, Security, HR, Facilities, and Contractors to foster a proactive safety culture, drive program execution, and support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in high-risk environments (data centers, construction, energy).
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Experience developing and delivering safety training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, policies, and standards across facilities and projects.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Lead investigations into injuries, near misses, and environmental events; develop corrective actions.
• Maintain incident records and support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and leadership briefings.
