Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a seasoned leader to own the Critical Engineering Management (CEM) for the JPMC account. You will oversee the implementation of CEM processes, ensure regional compliance, and align engineering services with client performance standards and KPIs.

Based in the United States, you will manage resources, budgets, and cross‑functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and drive uptime, safety, and operational excellence across multiple data center sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years operational experience leading teams in a critical environment.
• 5+ years in Data Center services with proven leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinker with budgeting and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets and service commitments.
• Oversee client engineering services and contract compliance across sites.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and capital plans for assigned locations.
• Ensure compliance with regional and client standards and reporting.
• Coordinate HR operations and staff development for the account.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage and effective incident response for critical facilities.
