Job summary

CyrusOne in Texas seeks a Senior Facility Manager to oversee daily data center operations and critical infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and the JLL facility provider to maintain CyrusOne standards and timely customer service.

You will lead incident, capacity, asset, and reporting activities, manage budgets and vendor relations, and support sales by coordinating new orders and build-outs while ensuring compliance and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 7 years managing and maintaining critical infrastructure, preferably in data centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating with on-site engineering teams.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance and incident response processes.
• Lead vendor relationships, including JLL, and ensure adherence to CyrusOne standards.
• Coordinate customer orders and build-outs within the region to ensure timely delivery.
