Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Deployment Regional Manager - Tiger Team to lead regional data center builds. You will manage site action plans, coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, and Regional DC Ops, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will guide Build Leads and Technicians, drive staffing and training, and maintain site trackers while traveling to sites as needed to keep builds on schedule and aligned with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within data center or field operations.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling, deploying).
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and overheads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple data center builds within your region, from kickoff through delivery.
• Lead a team of regional Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians.
• Sync daily with on-site teams and partner with Project/Program Management, Procurement, and regional DC Ops.
• Set weekly goals and contingency plans for builds across sites.
• Attend capacity and build sync meetings and relay region updates to regional leads.
• Maintain high visibility in build communications and support site teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement and inventory on shipments, report short/damaged/missing gear.
• Assess staffing needs weekly and plan headcount with the Project Coordinator.
• Maintain Tiger Team site trackers and weekly progress reports.
• Travel to sites up to 40% to provide hands-on support and decision making.
• Develop site documentation and enforce data center standards.
