Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its data center footprint and seeks a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead for a 100% onsite role. Based in a West Coast data center with up to 60% travel across the U.S. and Canada, you will deliver infrastructure, train on-site teams, and diagnose hardware and networks.

You will implement global standards, troubleshoot root causes, and develop scripts to update servers and networking gear while collaborating with global teams and adhering to QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong cable management and hardware orientation practices.
• Effective communicator collaborating with engineers and managers.
• Excellent time management and ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide travel to data centers to build and deploy new and ongoing sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and perform on-site audits.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain test and tools equipment and follow-up project support.
