Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery to own end-to-end data center network deployments. You will translate capacity forecasts and designs into fully racked, cabled, and commissioned network fabrics, leading cross-functional teams across Network Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or network engineering.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center network deployments.
• Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies.
• Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Asana, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network deployment programs for data center builds and expansions.
• Develop program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate capacity forecasts into technical program requirements for physical and logical infra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Develop and report on deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to executives.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn-up automation.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs across deployment and operations.
