Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Deployment Regional Manager - Tiger Team to oversee multiple data center builds in the region, leading Build Leads and Technicians from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate with Project/Program Management, Procurement, and Regional Data Center Operations to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and standards.

You will travel up to 40% to sites, build strong relationships with partners, and enforce data center standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy data center sites within your region from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate with Project/Program Management and Regional Data Center Managers.
• Sync daily with on-site Build Leads to resolve blockers and keep builds on schedule.
• Set weekly goals and contingency plans for Build Leads.
• Travel to regional sites up to 40% to provide hands-on support.
