Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in customer experience, CRM or digital transformation.
- Experience leading a Salesforce-based enterprise platform, esp. Service Cloud.
- Ability to translate business needs into platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Connex platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model for Hyundai and Genesis NA.
- Drive adoption with internal and agency partners and improve customer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end demand, discovery, and delivery processes with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and integration effectiveness; coordinate improvements.
