Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a System Support Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple healthcare locations. Traveling between accounts, you will elevate culinary execution, mentor teams, and drive Made for More programs to improve food quality and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings a strong restaurant foundation, passion for development, and the ability to adapt across diverse settings while maintaining high standards of safety and cost control.

Competenze

• Progressive culinary leadership experience with a strong restaurant or chef-driven culinary background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams.
• Strong operational aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt across multiple locations and environments.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice, hospitality, catering, or healthcare dining operations.
• Passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or regional operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques, food safety, sanitation, presentation standards, and cost controls.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel extensively throughout New York and Connecticut.

Mansioni

• Travel between assigned healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Partner with Executive Chefs to enhance culinary execution, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Support staffing needs, operational challenges, and high-volume service periods across multiple locations.
• Assist with menu development, recipe execution, catering, special events, and culinary innovation.
• Champion the implementation of Made for More and other company culinary initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food cost management, inventory practices, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership and support efforts to enhance patient and client satisfaction.
