The role travels between accounts to coach Executive Chefs, elevate food quality, and drive Made for More initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong restaurant roots, proven leadership, and the ability to manage high-volume environments, staff development, and cost controls in healthcare dining settings.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience in restaurant or chef-driven environments.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams across multiple locations.
• Strong operational aptitude and cost-control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Partner with Executive Chefs to enhance culinary execution, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Support staffing, operational challenges, and high-volume service periods across locations.
• Assist with menu development, recipe execution, catering, and culinary innovation.
• Champion Made for More and other culinary initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
