Job summary

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Regional Critical Care Float Pool in a full-time Day shift. You will float to ICU and Emergency, delivering high-quality patient care across units and collaborating with the care team.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and a clinical ladder with potential salary growth. Requires RN license, ACLS/CCRN preferred, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills – Windows based programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses.
