Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse for a part-time Day shift. You will provide care across units, perform assessments, implement plans, and educate patients and families. You’ll support the clinical ladder and work within a mission-driven team.

Must hold RN licensure with acute care experience. Expect strong teamwork, critical thinking, and effective communication to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care at AdventHealth.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure safe patient care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
