The ideal candidate will have AR RN licensure, ACLS/BLS certifications, and experience in critical care or high-acuity settings.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Arkansas and in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required prior to department orientation.
• Experience in critical care or telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor hemodynamics and communicate changes to physicians.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise care plans.
• Participate in CQI activities and maintain patient safety standards.
