Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking an ICU experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool, caring for patients in med/surg/PCU units and critical care in our 4 ICU units: SICU, MICU, CCU and Burn ICU. The ICU RN will deliver patient-centered, safe and timely care, collaborate with the care team, and support evidence-based practice within our Shared Governance model.

We offer orientation and residency programs, plus a competitive benefits package for 0.5 FTE or greater.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with 1 year RN experience.
• Minnesota RN license.
• CPR/BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, safe and efficient care in ICU and float pool assignments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and care team.
• Collaborate across units and nursing departments to support care.
• Maintain professional practice through evidence-based nursing and shared governance.
