Job summary

Mercy seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join its Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across several hospitals in the region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, collaborating with diverse teams in dynamic environments.

Preferred BSN and active RN license; ACLS/BLS as applicable. This role offers night shifts with competitive incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state with compact licensure as applicable.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; minimum 2 years for ICU or related specialties.
• ACLS/BLS certifications as required for critical care roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care across units within Mercy's regional float pool.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Provide care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU settings as assigned.
• Support orientation and education initiatives for staff within the float pool.
