Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Regional Credit Manager to manage credit and collections, review credit lines, and foster strong client relationships. The role emphasizes professional risk assessment and customer service.

The position requires 4+ years in credit/collections, familiarity with Experian and NACM, and solid math and accounting skills. It is a remote role offering a $55,000–$65,000 yearly salary plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• 4+ years in a Customer Facing role.
• 1-3 years in a Call Center.
• Experience pulling and manipulating reports from Experian.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Strong math and accounting skills; financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 50 outbound calls a day.
• Assess credit risk and establish credit limits and new customer credit.
• Analyze customer financial statements.
• Use Experian and NACM credit reports.
• Conduct collection calls and visits to collect Accounts Receivable.
• Negotiate customer disputes and document root causes.
• Provide customer service and build relationships with internal/external customers and branches.
• Maintain accurate credit and collection files with documented efforts.
• Review collection reports and evaluate policy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve customer account issues.
• Assist in driving quality improvements and processes.
