Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Regional Credit Assistant to support the Regional Credit Manager. You will handle high-volume credit and collections calls, review overdue accounts, and help maintain client relationships across internal and external customers.

The role offers cross-department collaboration, exposure to corporate financial systems, and growth opportunities within a large manufacturing and distribution organization.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Familiarity with lien waivers and releases.
• Knowledge of lien laws is a plus.
• Moderate to advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• 1+ year hands-on credit/collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes high volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Researches and resolves customer charge backs.
• Reconciles customer accounts and cash applications.
• Provides administrative support for assigned area including aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien waivers, write offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, communication within and outside of department.
• Maintains accounts within established performance standards; participates in group quality improvement processes.
• Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
