Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking a Regional Support Associate for the Copy/Mail Team in the Philadelphia metro region. The role involves on-site work in client copy/mail rooms, hospitality, reception, and shipping/receiving with most paths leading to full-time opportunities.

Hours typically 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday; occasional nights or weekends only for special projects. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Access to reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to reach locations not on public transport.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus and indicates fast-track to management.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment.
• Provide high levels of customer care with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Handle shipping/receiving and ordering of supplies.
