IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time On Call Office Clerk Representative for Mailroom & Copy in the Chattanooga, TN area. The role supports multiple client sites with daytime Monday–Friday shifts and potential for promotion to full-time after training.

The On Call STAR provides mail, copy, and reception backup, handles documents, and delivers reliable customer service while training to cover site personnel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Prior office or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Willing to train and be a self-starter.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment; provide reception backup.
• Handle mail, copy, and legal documents.
• Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly attitude.
• Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, and copy jobs to customers.
• Lift bundles of mail and shipments as needed.
• Cross-train with other site personnel.
• Be available to receive dispatch calls for shift assignment.
• Travel to all IST sites in the Chattanooga, TN area.
