Job summary

The Nearview Group is seeking a Sales Manager to develop new business, nurture long-term client relationships, and drive project growth across Oklahoma. You will collaborate with engineers, estimators, and operations to translate client needs into value-added construction solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of business development, sales, construction, or related industry experience.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction software is a plus.
• Background in construction materials, commercial construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, owners, and key industry stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across Oklahoma and surrounding markets
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to project award and handoff
• Review construction documents to identify potential project opportunities and solutions
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, design, and operations teams to support project pursuits
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and business development objectives
• Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows
• Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client partnerships
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and market intelligence reporting
