Job summary

The Nearview Group is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate on-site activities, direct craft labor and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years leading large-scale construction, strong scheduling and QA/QC knowledge, and experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading field operations on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site operations and coordinate construction activities.
• Direct craft labor, field personnel, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Assist with workforce planning and performance management.
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Review costs and ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
