Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and bid documents to understand scope.
• Assist in preparing estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other costs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis from project data.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and subs for pricing.
