You will work with ownership, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, field coordination, and ensuring compliance with codes and permit requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with small commercial, office, retail, or multi-family projects preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with superintendents, designers, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
