Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Central Region Construction Field Services Leader to drive growth and oversee staffing for our Field Services teams. You will mentor principals, collaborate with regional leads, and help pursue and deliver field services across multiple locations.

The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive construction management experience, a professional engineering registration, and a commitment to HDR values. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other regional directors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive Construction Field Services growth across all business groups within your region.
• Balance workload, staffing and utilization for Construction Field Services staff in your region.
• Participate in regional business class strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.
• Grow, develop and mentor Field Office Principals and future leaders.
• Collaborate with business group leads to pursue and deliver CFS services to clients.
