Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years running a business.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales leadership to improve execution and drive product and solution sales.
• Coach market general managers and sales teams using learning programs and tools.
• Align regional priorities with cross-functional teams and SOPs.
• Own monthly and quarterly commercial forecasting for the region.
• Drive pipeline health and opportunity win rates with data-driven actions.
