Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Complex Sales Manager to coach and support local selling managers across the region. This role drives product and solution sales while strengthening customer partnerships and guiding sales strategy.

You will lead coaching initiatives, improve forecasting, pipeline health, and cross‑functional collaboration with Service and Installation teams to ensure alignment with SOPs and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Specific domain experience – 7+ years running a business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Fostering and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Building high performing teams.
• Executing and improving established processes.
• Proven track record of success working in a matrixed organization, dealing with conflict resolution and change management.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Time management, ability to prioritize effectively based on financial impact to the desired business goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support local selling managers to drive product and solution sales.
• Improve sales execution, forecasting discipline, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
• Lead monthly and quarterly commercial forecasting for local market sales leaders.
• Collaborate with Region Service, Installation, and function leadership to align SOPs.
• Develop onboarding and coaching plans for local market sales leaders.
