Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Regional Community Engagement Manager to serve as the company’s full-time presence in the communities around our Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota stores. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, sponsorships, events and partnerships that connect Fleet Farm with farmers, 4-H/FFA families, youth sports and local organizations.

The ideal candidate will work independently, travel extensively, and develop an annual events calendar while managing partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing, outside sales, territory management, sponsorships or community relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with community organizations, agricultural groups, fairs, 4-H/FFA, sports clubs, schools and chambers.
• Identify and secure new sponsorships, partnerships and events within regional budget.
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of community events and Fleet Farm activations.
• Lead event planning and execution from setup to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with store leadership and marketing to align community activity with store priorities.
