Fleet Farm is seeking a Regional Community Engagement Manager to serve as the company’s full-time presence in the communities around our Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota stores. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, sponsorships, events and partnerships that connect Fleet Farm with farmers, 4-H/FFA families, youth sports and local organizations.
The ideal candidate will work independently, travel extensively, and develop an annual events calendar while managing partnerships
The Regional Community Engagement Manager is Fleet Farm’s full-time presence in the communities surrounding our ten stores across Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. This role builds the relationships, partnerships, sponsorships and events that connect Fleet Farm with the customers and communities that matter most—from farmers and ranchers to hunters, sportsmen, 4-H and FFA families, youth sports and local organizations.
This is a highly independent, field-based role. You’ll spend much of your time on the road, building relationships, identifying opportunities and bringing Fleet Farm to life in the communities we serve.
