Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing store operations, acting as Manager On Duty, overseeing the Fleet Farm Reward Program, and guiding team members to meet safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships.
• Direct and motivate a diverse teammate population.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Be comfortable speaking and conducting training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as Manager On Duty.
• Review key areas of store operations: team members, customer experience, sales growth, customer readiness, POG execution and integrity.
• Train, develop, and supervise team members throughout the store.
• Ensure customer readiness standards are executed at a high level.
• Coordinate with management on zone maintenance and special projects.
• Provide input to the Sales Manager for performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store for customers and team members.
• Ensure safe work standards are followed and support loss prevention efforts.
