PeoplesBank in Hartford, CT seeks a Regional Community Development Partner to advance CRA initiatives and build meaningful relationships with nonprofits, municipalities, educational institutions, and community leaders. The role leads outreach, manages grants and sponsorships, coordinates financial literacy programs, and supports CRA objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and community stakeholders preferred.
• Knowledge of CRA principles preferred.
• Experience developing financial literacy/community education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance CRA initiatives and community development objectives.
• Document and track projects, investments, grants, and outreach.
• Assist in preparing CRA reports and internal Corporate Responsibility reporting.
• Coordinate regional grantmaking budgets and funding allocations.
• Represent the Bank at community events and partnerships.
• Deliver financial literacy programming across the market area.
