Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Community Impact Officer in Harrisburg, PA to lead CRA program initiatives and manage regional charitable investments. You will liaise with community partners, oversee donations and sponsorships, and drive financial literacy-focused efforts within the bank's footprint.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CSR teams, board participation, and representing the bank at community events.

Competenze

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Specialized marketing and compliance education or experience preferred.
• Minimum three years of related experience.

• Implements CRA program objectives and coordinates with team to refine tasks.
• Manages regional charitable contributions budget and local giving.
