Job summary

Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Community Impact Officer in Harrisburg, PA to lead CRA compliance initiatives and engage with community stakeholders. You will manage charitable giving, sponsorships, and nonprofit partnerships to advance the bank’s social responsibility in its footprint.

You will collaborate with the CRA and Community Impact team to promote financial literacy and community programs, coordinate volunteer efforts, and represent the bank at community events and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; specialized marketing and compliance education preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in related positions.

Responsibilities

• Implement CRA program components and align with regulatory and board directives.
• Manage regional charitable contributions budget and local giving.
• Identify and evaluate community development partnerships and sponsorships.
• Work independently to achieve goals and support department objectives.
• Quantify results and propose improvements in financial literacy initiatives.
