Job summary

North American Savings Bank (NASB) seeks a Community Development Manager to advance CRA objectives by partnering with nonprofits and community groups serving low-to-moderate income communities. You will represent NASB at events, coordinate financial education, and support lending, investments, and services that create measurable community impact.

This role requires strong relationship-building, public speaking, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years in community development, nonprofit, banking, CRA, or related field.
• Residential mortgage origination or first-time homebuyer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CRA/CD strategy, goals, initiatives, and projects.
• Build relationships with nonprofits and housing orgs serving LMI communities.
• Represent NASB at meetings, events, and coalitions.
• Coordinate financial education, homeownership outreach, and CD activities.
• Maintain CRA monitoring records and reporting.
• Assist in CD tracking system and volunteer opportunity communications.
• Travel locally ~25% as required.
