Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions normally required.

Responsibilities

• Implements assigned aspects of Mid Penn Bank’s CRA compliance program and collaborates with the team to develop objectives.
• Manages the regional charitable contributions budget and local giving to align with strategic priorities.
• Identifies and evaluates community and economic development partnerships for philanthropic investments.
• Works independently to achieve goals and collaborates with department management to support department objectives.
• Quantifies results of community impact efforts and suggests improvements in financial literacy initiatives.
• Oversees donations, EITC, and sponsorship requests and supports community campaigns in the assigned region.
