Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Communications Representative to spearhead integrated communications for Archbald, Chelmsford, and Andover/Westover sites. You will advise site leaders, develop plans, and ensure messaging aligns with enterprise priorities across Northeast operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Employee & Executive Communications, Program Communications, External Communications and Social Impact teams, with occasional travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills in English.
• Experience in internal communications, corporate storytelling, or internal channel strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AP Style and integrated marketing communications concepts.
• Ability to translate priorities into locally relevant employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications advisor to site directors and leadership teams.
• Develop integrated communications plans aligned with Operations and priorities.
• Translate enterprise priorities into local employee communications and connect staff to the mission.
• Support executive communications, engagements, milestones and workforce initiatives.
• Lead site-level crises communications coordinating with Security, HR, ESH and others.
• Provide cross-organization communications support and participate in OneLM initiatives.
• Travel regularly within the region as required and perform other duties.
