Job summary

You will refine the Communications Ecosystem, support high-level events, and coordinate messaging with cross-functional teams while aligning with Northrop Grumman’s brand and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with five (5) or more years of experience developing and deploying communications practices, or three (3) or more years with a Master’s degree; additional four years can substitute for a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, problem solving and organizational skills, and superb attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an enterprise integration driver, partnering with sectors on cross-enterprise initiatives and acting as a communications advisor.
• Identify areas where channels, tools, and processes are used inconsistently and develop practical standards and templates.
• Design and maintain frameworks, messaging, and resources to help communicators plan and share content consistently.
• Support cross-enterprise events and strategic rollout of key themes and storytelling.
