Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or English, with six years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of AP Style and corporate journalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Attentive to detail with solid editing skills.
• Experience building relationships with diverse and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Internal communications and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to drive positive engagement from a diversified and widespread workforce.
• Leadership experience as either a direct people manager or project team lead.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical updates into clear, engaging internal content.
• Develop internal communications materials including articles, talking points, intranet content, and event collateral.
• Create long-term communications plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with external communications to share major company news internally.
• Prepare briefing materials for leaders to speak confidently about announcements.
• Lead communications for campaigns and events, coordinating materials and messaging.
• Coach senior leaders for speaking at industry events and opportunities.
• Manage internal digital channels and track content performance.
• Tailor messages for different employee audiences and gather feedback to improve impact.
• Support thought leadership initiatives like town halls and internal spotlights.
