Vector Security, a leading provider of security and managed services, seeks a Regional Commercial Sales Manager in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region. You will create and execute regional sales strategies, build high-performance teams, and drive sustained revenue growth across assigned branches.

The role requires 7+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in sales management, a security-industry background, and willingness to travel within the territory to support customer engagements and expand

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and develop regional commercial sales teams.
• Own regional forecasts and pipeline performance with leadership.
• Oversee proposal strategy and deal execution for profitability.
• Provide weekly forecast updates and report pipeline risks.
• Drive daily sales activity and monitor conversion rates.
• Coordinate regular sales meetings with leadership teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth areas.
• Collaborate with trainers to deliver targeted sales programs.
