Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial roofing opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Build relationships with building owners, managers, developers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to define project scope.
• Manage client expectations and maintain proactive communication.
• Represent Tiello at industry events and network to generate leads.
