Zusammenfassung

Tiello is partnering with a well-established commercial roofing contractor to hire a Commercial Roofing Safety Manager based in Nashville, TN. This role requires regular nationwide travel to active job sites and offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus a quarterly performance bonus, plus a company vehicle or allowance and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead company-wide safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably within commercial roofing, building envelope, or specialty contracting.
• Experience in a Safety Manager, regional Safety Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 construction standards and related hazards.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing company-wide safety programs.
• Ability to travel nationwide and hold a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety operations across multiple active projects nationwide.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to federal/state safety standards.
• Conduct jobsite safety audits, hazard assessments and incident investigations.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to minimize incidents.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks and ongoing employee training.
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and project-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain site-specific safety plans, JHAs and emergency procedures.
• Monitor safety performance and track incident trends for improvement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for OSHA inspections.
