Tiello is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to own a focused Texas territory, cultivating relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors, turning inspections into awarded projects that protect assets and uptime.

You will specify roof systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings) and coordinate estimates, schedules, and access plans to minimize disruption and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to open and close commercial construction or building-envelope sales with owners, property managers, or general contractors.
• Working knowledge of commercial roof systems to match a system to structure, budget, and operations.
• Comfort leading site walks, reading conditions, and translating to a client-ready scope.
• Discipline in pipeline hygiene: forecasts, follow-ups, and honest timelines.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a territory pipeline of commercial new-roof, replacement, repair, and maintenance opportunities.
• Convert site walks and condition findings into scopes and proposals that win on fit, durability, and ROI.
• Specify the right system for the asset and defend the recommendation with the client.
• Coordinate estimates, schedules, and access plans so awarded work starts with minimal interruption to operations.
• Grow repeat and referral revenue through proactive inspection programs and timely repair follow-through.
