Job summary

RoofLynx LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to drive expansion across Indiana, Tennessee, and Eastern Ohio. You will identify opportunities, close high-margin contracts, and manage accounts with facility directors, building owners, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing or exterior construction sales.
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals with commercial clients.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities across assigned territories.
• Develop long-term relationships with property managers, owners, and GC partners.
• Evaluate roof assets and position custom roofing solutions (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.).
• Prepare and present competitive bids with leadership support.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and report metrics weekly.
• Forecast sales accurately and align with leadership goals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project turnover.
